This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box.

The kit consists of:

1.  (1) Two Pole Terminal
2.  (1) Insulating board
3.  (2) Terminal Mounting Screws (#8 X 3/4" A Type 
4.  (2) #10 SS nuts
5.  (2) #10 SS washers
6.  (2) #10 SS split washers
7.  (1) #10 X 1/2" Self-Tapping screw (ground screw)
8.  (1) #10 star washer (for the ground screw)
9.  (1) Ground Symbol Sticker
10.  (1) 12" length of wire insulator sleaving for covering the cord wires (this gets cut to length to slip over the cord wires)
11.  (2) 8 Gauge 150 Deg C 9" long Power Wires with a ring terminal to go the element connection and a stripped end to go in the new terminal block

Ground Wire Jumper Cord for Jupiter Kiln Element Boxes - Unit is 14 AWG, precut to 8", and comes fitted with one Ring Terminal and one Fork Terminal

Element Jumper Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Bottom Section to the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section. Note: both wires are now white.

This includes 8 high-temperature power wires that connect the terminal strip inside the panel to the elements. All terminals are included as an assembly. All wires are white.

Ground Wire Jumper for Piggybacked Control Panels - Unit is 10 AWG, precut, and comes with two Ring Terminals

This includes 18 high-temperature power wires inside the control panel of an eQ2327-3 or eQ2827-3. Power wires go from the terminal block to the fuse holders, then from the fuse holders to the relays, and then from the relays to the terminal strip where the element power wires attach. All terminals are included as an assembly. All wires are white.

This includes 6 high-temperature power wires that connect the terminal strip inside the panel to the elements. All terminals are included as an assembly. All wires are white.

This includes 24 high-temperature power wires inside the control panel of an eQ2836-3. Power wires go from the terminal block to the fuse holders, from the fuse holders to the relays, and then from the relays to the terminal strip where the element power wires attach. All terminals are included as an assembly. All wires are white.

Black 10 Gauge High Temperature Wire is no longer available. Please use 10 ga white wire.

10 Gauge Jumper Wire - Unit is 8" Long with two Ring Terminals. This is used as a jumper wire from one terminal bolt to another. The color is white.
