I just finished watching your instruction video. I would like to thank you for supplying it to me. I bought my L&L kiln (JD-18) a year ago. At that time the video was not available. Even though your manual is outstanding, I think I would have had a little more confidence in what I was doing if I could have seen the video. I use the kiln for porcelain dolls and find it to be everything that I wanted it to be. I'm still a novice, but this video will give me a great deal more courage to try custom firing.
