HOW TO BUY AN L&L KILN
PAYMENT, SHIPPING, HOW TO ORDER
BUY FROM A DISTRIBUTOR: See our distributor list for foreign distributors or call our office for the best distributor near you in the United States.
ORDER DIRECT: Call our factory to place an order direct if there is not a local distributor near you or if you prefer to buy direct. You can fax an order to 856-294-0070. See important questions to ask yourself before ordering from the factory. We collect sales tax in several states.
PAYMENT: Money order, check, wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Payment by wire transfer, money order or credit card will allow immediate processing of your order. Payment by personal check requires a three week delay for check to clear. No COD’s on kilns. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and companies; however, credit must be preapproved. Companies must have a D&B Paydex of 70 or better to get terms.
PACKING: Jupiter, Liberty-Belle, Easy-Fire, Doll-Baby and GS1714 kilns are protected with advanced foam-in-place in heavy-duty skidded cartons. DaVinci kilns typically come in two skidded crates. Our free advanced packaging has virtually eliminated shipping damage. Our packaging is adequate for export shipments.
SHIPPING: Prices are FOB Swedesboro, NJ (10 miles South of Philadelphia). Kilns will normally be sent freight collect. L&L can also pre-pay and add the shipping cost. Contact us for estimated freight charges. L&L will make all shipping arrangements with you prior to shipping. Liftgate loading is available for an extra charge. This is where the trucker will lower the kiln to the ground with a special tailgate lift. If you buy from a local distributor they may offer delivery and set up. [Click here for more information]
SET UP: Setting up any of our kilns is very simple.
KILNS ARE NOT RETURNABLE: Each kiln is configured to order. We try hard to make your choice easy by providing as much information as possible but we ask that you make a careful choice.
PRICES AND CHANGES: Prices are effective May 1st, 2008. They are subject to change without notice. Changes may be made in specifications for material or product improvement without notice or obligation. Photographs may not represent the latest version of the products.
EXPORT: Orders for export will be shipped by ocean or air, freight collect. Mexico and Canada can ship by common carrier. Import and export licenses, duties, tariffs, etc. are expenses due from the purchaser. We can quote CIF shipping charges. [Click Here for more information]
