Glass Fusing

Glass fusing fuses or joins to pieces of glass together. The glass is heated up to just the point where it is slightly molten so that the surface molecules of the two pieces of glass co-mingle and become one.

Challenges

Precise temperature control is necessary because the range between what is liquid enough and what is too liquid is very narrow. Our kilns come standard with zone control which promotes accurate temperature reading and control
