He never ever fails to call back. His answers are concise and terrifically helpful and supportive, and equally important, I suggest, they do not at all 'tech' you to death or otherwise confuse you or overwhelm you. In my opinion, over and above the wonderful reliability and high quality of your kilns, he is far and away the single most important positive selling point I have encountered when dealing with your company and with your product week -- in -- week -- out.
