HEAVY-DUTY ELEMENTS LAST UP TO FOUR TIMES LONGER

• All DaVinci production kilns feature special heavy-duty elements that use heavy gauge premium Iron-Aluminum-Chrome alloy elements with a very low watt density.
  
  
• The lower the watts per square inch of element surface area the cooler the elements can run and the longer they last.
  
  
• DaVinci elements last 3 to 4 times longer than most typical kiln elements, (a fact that has been proven in over 20 years of producing DaVinci kilns).
  
  
• There are three individual elements per 9" high section on DaVinci and Jupiter J2900 (29" & 28" diameter) kilns. There are two elements per section on the smaller Jupiter kilns.

ELEMENTS ARE EVENLY COILED

• Elements are coiled on a special automatic machine that puts the proper spacing in the coil.
  
  
• Evenly coiled elements mean no hot spots and longer element life.
  

ALL ELEMENTS ARE THE SAME FOR:
EASY & ECONOMICAL REPLACEMENT

• All element resistance values are the same in each kiln.
  
  
• There is no need to carefully match elements when replacing elements.
  
  
• THIS MEANS THAT YOU CAN REPLACE ONLY ONE OR TWO ELEMENTS IN THE KILN (RATHER THAN A WHOLE EXPENSIVE SET) AND STILL HAVE A UNIFORMLY FIRING KILN!
  
  
• Our multi-zone control on both manual and automatic kilns makes this possible.
