ALL DAVINCI KILNS FIRE TO CONE 10
2350F - 1287C
- Hot enough to fire stoneware and porcelain.
- The DaVinci production kilns are unequivocally rated for cone 10 operation (2350F, 1287C).
- They have a higher K.W. power rating (watts per interior square inches) than most other ceramic kilns.
- In addition bottom elements are available on larger models for even faster heat up and better control over cold spots in tightly packed kilns.
- The heavy-duty elements and high temperature element holders are also a big plus for high fire use.
- DaVinci kilns with two sections (the XB and TB types) have higher wattage elements to maintain the cone 10 rating. These higher wattage sections are available for the taller kilns as well on a special order basis (they are not UL listed when ordered this way). Contact factory for more information on the higher rated XB and TB versions of the 27" high, 36" high and 45" high DaVinci kilns.
