All L&L Kilns use premium grade K23 brick. These bricks are highly insulating and lightweight.

3" brick allows for a slower natural cool down.

Easy-Fire e28S and e28T kilns use 3" as standard. e23S and e23T kilns can be ordered with 3" brick at a minimal upgrade cost.

All DaVinci production kilns use 3" thick premium firebrick.

Easy-Load front-loading kilns use 3" of firebrick backed up by 2" of mineral wool insulation.
