Description
No assembly required
Solid steel case (11 gauge) with separate but attached welded square tubing stand. Feet include anchor pads with anchor points.
Heavy-duty door hinges to the left (special option allows it to be hinged on the right). Door opens all the way so that the door opening is completely unobstructed.
The welded angle-iron stand is separate but attached to the case. It includes leveling bolts and holes for anchoring the kiln to the floor.
A proprietary brick coating is applied to all interior surfaces of the kiln. This is put on before the element holders are inserted. This coating penetrates the firebrick and fuses the surface on a microscopic level which helps prevent dusting and crumbling of the fragile firebrick.
Solid ceramic peephole plugs with full 1” diameter. Two total: one per section.
