SECTIONAL KILN CONSTRUCTION
FOR EASY-FIRE KILNS

EASY TO MOVE & SET UP

• All L&L Easy-Fire kilns are sectional.
  
  
• The sections all have handles on them for easy lifting.
  
  
• This makes it easy to move, set up and disassemble the kilns for maintenance.
  
  
• The control panel piggy-backs onto one long insulated element terminal box that is attached to the sections in the front with two screws per section. There are key-hole type slots in the terminal box so you do not need to remove the screws when taking this box off the kiln.
  
  
• The control panel itself easy removes from the terminal box by undoing two screws and unplugging the power and thermocouple wires from quick disconnect terminal strips (they are all numbered).
  
  
• The Easy-Lift, Easy-Load hinge has similar key-hole slots for relatively easy dismantling of the kiln.
  
  
• This makes it easy to disconnect the control panel and send it to the factory for expert service if ever necessary.
