The Corona Kiln fiber-lined kiln reaches 2012 Deg F. Heat up time is quick: 15 minutes to 1600°F; 30 minutes to 1900°F. Inside dimensions are 7-3/4” wide by 8-1/4” deep by 5-3/4” high. It weighs 35 pounds and ships by UPS or FedEx.

This kiln is ideal for various precious metal clay firing, low fire small ceramic work, heat treating and glass work.

The included automatic program control is an Orton Autofire Express with five PMC (Precious Metal Clay programs, 3 ACS (Art Clay) programs and 12 Custom Programs each with 8 segments. Each program has 8 segments with a ramp, soak and set point for each segment.

The kiln is front loading with a horizontal plug door hinged on left. A quartz window 2-1/2” wide by x 1” High is centered in the door. A ½” diameter vent is located in the top. Insulation is 1-1/2” molded ceramic fiber with a 3/4” air space between the case and the insulation module.

Construction is powder-coated precision sheet metal. All controls and components are mounted in a control panel that slides into the ventilated case assembly. An air space keeps controls cool. The control box can be easily removed for servicing.

The kiln pulls only 12 amps at 120 volts so it plugs into any standard 120 volt outlet. Cord is included. A one year limited warranty is included.
